  Love these guys here!
  Super caring and friendly with their tenants. They will answer every question and explain every process fully to ensure you understand.
  All staff know you by name and which floor you are on. Very quick to answer maintenance concerns, like super fast.
  When I first moved in, my kitchen sink was clogged, expected them to come the next day and just unclog it, they instead came up within 20 minutes and inspected the sink further to find out a piece was broken, ended up with a whole new sink within a half an hour!
  I've even had these staff members go out of their way, (ie holding elevators or even helping you when your hands are full)
  The area is a tad rough and a few of the other tenants are too but you will get that anywhere you live.

  3 bus routes nearby (one takes you to Fanshawe within 10 minutes)
  Pet friendly
  Pool access
  Laundry (smart card) on site in basement
  1,2 and even 3 bedroom units
