This is the type of service a customer expects from a company like Freedom. The above mentioned amazing customer experience was rendered by none other then the star at the at the branch by the name Shah. Utterly friendly, courteous and what's best about him is that he knows exactly what the customer wants. Thank you Freedom and most importantly Shah :)

(January 20, 2019, 8:49 pm)Came into the store with my daughter to upgrade her phone. Staff was extremely helpful and worked hard to keep her within her student budget limits. Much nicer store to deal with than some of the other freedom stores we've been to. Very satisfied.
