(June 4, 2019, 6:00 pm)I honestly wouldn’t suggest going here if you want to learn martial arts. I’ve been here a little bit over a year and haven’t learned much. It teaches first to tap sparring and not what it’s like to be in a real fight. This is mostly a sport and cardio place, not for martial arts. But, it’s a good place to boost your confidence.
