(February 18, 2021, 12:22 am)I moved in here in July 2020, and am loving being here. I had been in contact with Melissa in August of 2019 and eagerly awaited until the unit I wanted was available. Melissa and Dave were very supportive and always available for questions or offering suggestions. There has been much construction since I arrived (the underground parking). Many residents have been very critical, but with Kind words and a smile, both Melissa and Dave cheerfully assist everyone. ( just like they are the only tenants that matter) Today as the underground parking was reopened, I was notified, and I was met in the parking lot by Melissa, and was assigned a terrific spot. I can not say enough about Melissa and Dave. We are so fortunate to have such dedicated building managers. This is not the case in many other apartment buildings in London (I have many friends in apartments)
They are the best!

(February 17, 2021, 10:33 pm)I have lived here at Park Royal Estates for 2 years. Prior to moving in Melissa was always available to answer any and all of my questions. Most by phone as I was still living in Northern Ontario. Since moving in she and her husband Dave have been gracious and kind and never have I felt like I was being " put off "..This building has been under a lot of construction that has frustrated some of the tenants and through it all Melissa and Dave have been professional and helpful no matter what the issue...A great management team and Drewlo should be proud of them.

(May 2, 2017, 1:06 pm)My wife and I have been living at Park Royal Estate for 5 years now and we have nothing but high praise for the building, the suite and especially the building managers. It's like living "in the neighborhood". Recommend Park Royal estates as a great place to live.

(May 1, 2017, 5:43 pm)The property is well keep and maintained; it is a very comfortable place to live. Maintenance and upkeep are well looked after. The manager/superintendent will take the time to talk to you and not only work here but are part of the community.
