  My first impression was wow!!! They do have alot of nice stuff but the prices are abit steep!!!????

  Love this store, just bought some home accessories. Staff were extremely helpful , kind and professional!

  I have been hesitant to visit Urban Barn because for some reason, my mind assumed it was all high priced items (similar to Pottery Barn in the US). I was pleasantly surprised to find many affordable prices and lots of items I fell in love with! This trip was specific for a Christmas gift, but I will definitely be back to shop for myself!
  
  The two ladies working on the day I visited were also very lovely and helpful! Went above and beyond to make things easier and help me find the items I wanted :)

  The sales associate 4004 was excellent. Very helpful in looking at my pictures on phone and gave suggestions on colors and items. Pleased with purchase. Will definitely be back to browse through the store.

  I am from Toronto and the local store did not have the items we wanted in stock, but they did have it at the London location. The Toronto store told me that my only option was to go to London to pick up the item. I called the London store and was lucky enough to have Deanna answer my call . She said that she had other clients use a delivery service. That is exactly what we did. Deanna packaged our items and had it all ready for pick up. She went above and beyond helping us.
