  These guys really do work hard to find you a deal. The reps (Scott & Justin) worked with me for over an hour after a change in Rogers services left me in a less than favourable position after my contract expired. Refreshing to get real customer service out of a Rogers store rep. Will come here again!

  I showed up at closing time last night and Justin stayed late so I could buy a new phone. The port on my phone was damaged and the battery was very low. Justin was able to get the port to work so that he could transfer my contact info to the new phone. I told my wife about the great customer service. She is going to come in tomorrow to get a new phone too. Thanks Justin!

  Without a doubt this is the best mobile device signup experience that I have had. Nik assisted in adding a second line to my plan, he was prompt, to the point, and inspired confidence throughout the process, he was able to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend coming to this location, their friendly and knowledgeable staff are available to assist whatever the issue is. I am very pleased with the speed and detail that Nik was able to provide.

  Friendly staff who are willing to spend the time to see what your budget, needs as well as what your looking for in the Packages, Prices and Services that they offer! Dealing with cable, Home Phone, Internet or Mobile services this place serves all!! Also this location is 'not corporate owned'. It is franchised thus making the atmosphere different to that of a store owned by Rogers right out. If you did find my review/information helpful, please 'smash' that thumbs up button! ...
