  I will go out of my route/way to go to this Tim Horton's. There is one just around the corner from my house but I will go to this one on my way to work because I can't stand the service anywhere else. If they run out of something I want, I either wait or I order something else. In the morning I almost always get the same guy who cashes me out (I think he might be a manager?), he is always so friendly and when he has to do mobile orders, he let's the customers in line know so that they don't think he isn't attending to them for no reason. Some of the best customer service I have ever gotten anywhere which is why I like to start my mornings off with it. I don't think I've ever had a bad employee experience here, even when it's busy, EVEN when they are dealing with ridiculous customers, they always handle situations very gracefully. Thanks guys, keep it up!

  While you do occasionally stay in line a little longer than you'd like, the staff are very friendly and actually inviting. After a couple of visits it feels like home.
