(August 9, 2020, 9:46 pm)It was a beautiful and quaint cottage. Spotless and very well kept. The owners were so kind and very accommodating. Not pet friendly so we couldn't bring our fur baby. They offer kayaks and a canoe to the guests free of charge which is great, they have life jackets too. The only downfall is that there isn't individual fire pits for each cottage and the guests are supposed to share one fire pit which we found unappealing. It's hard to have a nice relaxing fire with your spouse or your own family when there is large family gatherings around the fire pit, so it makes it impossible for you to have a turn using it. The highlight of our vacationing anywhere is always having a nice fire at night so that was our only complaint. In this time with a pandemic happening we didn't feel safe sharing a common area with other guests. We would definitely go back here for the great location on Lake Mindamoya and for the lovely cabin. If they put in individual fire pits for each cabin the experience would be 5/5 for us personally. I'll mention again that Tammy and Darryl were the absolute best hosts we've ever had on any of our vacations yet. You can tell they really love what they're doing and they care about the experience they provide for their guests. It was a wonderful place! :)

(July 29, 2019, 6:24 pm)The cottages are very clean and well kept. The staff and owner are very nice and welcoming. Beautiful sunset and beach. 10/10 would recommend staying here
