(March 24, 2019, 12:25 pm)Clean..crew is always seen cleaning things. Lots of space and equipment. Friendly staff and the membership cost is unbeatable!! Love that this isnt a pick up joint but a place ppl go to to get fit

(March 13, 2019, 8:29 pm)Staff were super friendly and always cleaning. The gym is in great shape and always spotless the times I’ve been in. Change rooms are a great size compared to Kingston and I do like the equipment better in Napanee. Only complaint is that some spots can be a little crowded in the stretching room and around the cable towers in there. Quieter gym, more parking and haven’t had to wait for a single piece of equipment yet. Worth the extra 10 minutes on my drive to go to Napanee rather than Kingston.

(January 20, 2019, 2:49 pm)This gym layout is really nice! Great equipment and I LOVE that they built the change rooms / overall area where people tend to be bigger !! (Than Kingston’s location).
This location is unique with a different crowd of people, but I like it. It’s a a lot quieter than Kingston’s ..... (more parking etc) anyhow just a nice gym. I really enjoyed my workout there. Lots of tanning beds and massage chairs to use as well. Great spot. (And I’d say I’m an intense trainer.) ;) it’s a good spot.
