(August 25, 2015, 2:54 am)Bouncy castle was great and 9 yr old girls birthday party was a hit. Only thing I would comment on is it would be nice for a bit more flexibility on the return times. My daughter's party was from 3-6, so to be able to have the castle for her party, I had to rent it overnight, but after 6 it just sat there. Would be nice if there was an option for late drop off or something.

(July 13, 2015, 2:25 pm)We rent from Kingston Bouncy Castles twice a year and will continue to do so for our children's birthday party's. Last weekend we rented the Jumbo Splash and Bounce and the kids loved it!! We have also rented the Summer sprayer splash park on numerous occasions and it is great as well! Service is always friendly and quick. Kids love the castles and it is a great Theme for any summer birthday party!! Highly recommend!

Whether it was the super friendly Kyla taking time on the phone with me making recommendations on the various rental options, or the friendly greeting upon pickup, I couldn't be happier. The website easy to navigate/use and the bouncy castle was in great condition. Awesome prices and even better selection to choose from! I'll definitely be using them again.

Our"Kids Zone" was a great success with the addition of the inflatable! From start to finish the staff were incredible! They answered all of our questions (we had a lot!) with patience and they were very professional. Thank you to Kyla and Mindy for all of your help! You both were fantastic! Thank you Kingston Bouncy Castle Rentals, your donation of the inflatable helped make our Shelter Day a success!

I received an email not even a half an hour after inquiring about the rental. Any time I had a question, my email was answered very quickly. Communication was outstanding and service was phenomenal. I will definitely be using Kingston Bouncy Castles again and will certainly pass on their name to anyone looking for party ideas for kids. Thank you to Kingston Bouncy for making my daughter's 5th birthday a huge success and birthday she won't forget :-)
