I would definitely recommend going for at least a consultation. I have tried MANY laser treatments with no luck at all for any facial hair, so decided to try what's been around for so long and has great results/reviews. I can honestly say I chickened out of my first consult because of videos I had seen talking about the pain and side effects. After speaking on the phone about it with Christa, we scheduled another consultation and we discussed all my concerns. She didn't make me feel like I was asking silly or misinformed questions. Christa is very knowledgeable, which was easy to see right away in her answers and explanation of the process. We actually ended up doing a 15 minute session. The pain I had heard about was not my experience at all, even though I understand everyone is different and the area you're getting treated might be more sensitive than others. My chin, jawline and neck area were treated ( not everything obviously as we want to see how my skin reacts ) but it truly wasn't painful for me whatsoever. She is extremely professional; the entire session was done with her using a microscope, she cleaned the area beforehand and put some antibiotic/numbing ointment on it afterwards. If my skin accepts this without any complications, I'll definitely be continuing the treatment via electrolysis with her. She is quite efficient, super friendly and really easy to chat with. Puts you at ease right away and I was comfortable the entire time - from our introduction, to the session, to the booking of my next appointment to our "see you next week" lol. Highly highly HIGHLY recommended, especially for those who have tried other hair removal without any success. I do have faith that this will be the answer to what's been an insecurity since my teenage years!

Highly recommend!!! I have been seeing Christa for electrolysis the last few months... she has been fabulous!!! I have been to 8 different electrologists over the years and I was overly impressed with her knowledge & technique. She also has a fancy machine and microscope. She is hard to get an appointment with but it was worth the wait. I was nervous because its hard to find someone good but I am getting amazing results with her & I am soooo happy. Don't wait, its so worth it!
