I was especially pleased with the help and service they provided yesterday (14/11/20) when I was looking for a part for my snowblower.They took the time to find a source for the part, gave me an excellent discount and supplied two other parts I had been searching for online at a very reasonable price. The two gentlemen who served me could not have been more helpful and courteous. I will be back and I will tell all my backyard mechanic friends. Jim

(October 6, 2020, 8:54 pm)I went to purchase a Stihl product from them. When I asked them for it they assembled it and test ran it. I was in and out of the store very quickly. They recommended that I purchase a 6 pack of small 2 stoke oil and recieve and extra year of warranty. The oil was $12.00 and I needed it anyway, I think thats a great deal. They went over all the operating procedures and what to do for winter storage. They also register my purchase with Stihl. The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I do not live in Prescott and they are my go to Home Hardware, well worth the drive...
