Chris gave us excellent pricing advice. The initial marketing of the property was efficient, including production of brochures, erection of sale board and excellent photos. The property was on MLS within 24 hours, together with an excellent description and selection of photos. Viewing arrangements were accurate. An Open House was arranged for the first weekend following the date the property was marketed. Feedback was given for most of the viewings.
