My physicians have been very good over almost three years for me and family members.

FOUR STARS - Physicians:

Nurses and Doctor/nurse assistants continue to improve although fettered by systems, administration processes and communications. They have Improved slowly until latter half of 2018. Now they are also:

I.T. Systems? This has been a major struggle for this new clinic. The basics and equipment are good and intuitive but the 'Patient Point of Contact' (PPOC) processes have, and may still, lack adequate feedback from all involved in that 'PPOC'.

The Clinic is not only new and handling a large responsibility to patients whom are new, but also, transferring data from other locations, other physicians and previous or ongoing specialists. Programmers have a massive job, but that is also their expertise and there are many models from which a solid foundation can be built. Those Professionals have no excuse for burdening the users with unnecessary complexity.

The collection and collating of data now appears to the patient as very good; however what goes on in the boiler room controlling the comfort of all those interacting with patients has been sorely lacking. Example:

FEEDBACK LOOPS...
*how do patients rate the PPOC service?
*What observations are made by everyone affected, not only patient appointments but also daily interactions within the clinic?
*Where are the mechanisms to obtain this kind of feedback, assess it all, make requisite adjustments and then, are there, or will there be:
*FEEDBACK CONTINUANCE to assess results of new implementations?

HOWEVER, Improving noticeably.

OVERALL: I am pleased to say that the PEOPLE at this clinic have made many essential changes despite the complexity and shortfalls of the IT Administration (PPOC) Processes. My Physicians (two) are Professional, young, efficient and thorough.

THREE PLUS: Overall

Amazing, friendly staff at this doctor's office. I've been through so many doctor offices and physicians, I honestly have to say that the care I get here is great. Yes, it is a long wait to get in to this clinic, but the wait is extremely worth it. My doctor shows she cares so much about my health, which is a first for me. The receptionists are so friendly here and will do everything they can to make sure I get in either the same day I called or the next day. They're so sympathetic and that's exactly the kind of staff you want in a doctors office. Great job everyone, so thankful I'm at this clinic :)
