Showed up here in a bind while on my way to the USA. Randy checked my car and got me back on the road quickly. Very nice place, clean, and kid friendly!

I had a car deal fall through the day before I was supposed to go to Whitby with my daughter for a tournament and a car (2013 Hyundai Elantra) that needed some work to be able to drive a long distance safely. I called R Rose Automotive the night before, explained my situation, and they squeezed me in on the morning we were to leave. They understood we were on a tight schedule, fixed what needed to be fixed and had us in and out very quickly. In the process, Randy advised that my engine was quite noisy (an issue I knew and was trying to deal with through Hyundai but constantly was given the run around). He put me in touch with a dealership in Smiths Falls and they dealt with the issue promptly. I really appreciated them fixing up my car quickly and with little notice so that my daughter and I could be on our way to Whitby. Also appreciate him pointing me in the right direction to deal with the engine issue. This is something that would have costed me thousands had he not. Thank you!

I recently brought my 2011 F350 in to have a sensor replaced that was causing a fault in my traction control and ABS.......I also knew my rear caliper was sticking and could have been causing the issue with the over heating. Anyway Randy and his crew did a fantastic job and didn’t hose me on replacement part cost and labour. This was my first time there and they made me feel like I had been a customer for years! I would definitely recommend this place they know there stuff and they don’t nickel and dime you:)
