Betty, Kat and Curtis are absolutely awesome to deal with. The clinic is clean and they take the time needed to make you feel comfortable and at ease. A million times better than dealing with labs in the city!
The Dynacare staff at the Concession Rd location is awesome. They are always courteous, very respectful and take the time to make patients feel comfortable. This is my go-to Dynacare location !

This clinic is quite small, busy and understaffed. The phlebotomists have to register a steady stream of incoming patients in between taking blood. I was there first thing in the morning, third in line and waited 45 minutes (not terrible but definitely could be improved). Staff are polite but not exactly friendly. Parking is paid.
