(April 19, 2019, 9:11 am)Great place to stay. Jacuzzi, fireplace, king sized bed, two TVs, shower, sofabed, free wifi.
Also have brunch in am, sauna bath, pool, and fitness room.
Best to stay enjoy the room and go to casino following day.( Casino doesn't use much lighting during night hours anyway.)
(April 15, 2019, 4:50 pm)The temperature in our room was +25°C. When we called the front desk for assistance, the desk clerk came to our room to look at the thermostat. She was rude and sharp. Some hotel guests need the room to be cooler when they sleep and this person could have handled the situation very differently. We were made to feel like children. ????
(April 10, 2019, 11:20 pm)The staff were friendly , room was clean except we had loads of ants crawling around. They came immediately and offered us another room, we declined as it was late and the children were sleeping. After spraying we had no other incidents. Complementary breakfast had a wide choice of items.
