My broker was tremendously polite, helpful and pleasant to deal with. I've always used big insurance brokers who I never got to meet face to face, everything was done via telephone. This was a nice change, all my questions and concerns were addressed and I quickly added my home insurance to the bundle. She found me the best and lowest price, even better than with PC insurance, who I was with previously. I'm way more satisfied with dealing with Irving Miller, which is just across the street, than a faceless company. Highly recommended!
