I am always thoroughly impressed with the level of product knowledge information these guys retain. I've called them at all hours of the day for support and I always get an answer. They only sell the finest products and I trust their advice implicitly. Looking forward to a long relationship with Gerr, and so sooo glad to hear they have Meyer Sound back under their wings!!

GerrAudio develops long-term relationships with their clients, and demonstrate a commitment towards finding solutions that best suit their needs. They take the time to make sure that you're as comfortable as possible with the equipment, and have (in my experience) always been available for the questions that come up along the way. I know if I sell their product, they'll be there to help with any customer questions, get me spare parts, or help with service. Demo product is only an email away. And since my business focus changes, Gerr has always gone the extra mile to support me whether I purchased yesterday or 3 years ago. Their continued support is why they are a go-to for me, my business, and my colleagues. I have no problem referring them to others as a "go-to" for quality gear and top-level service!
