From easy to access physio appointments when needed, direct billing massage therapy, extremely beneficial personal training, wide variety of fitness classes and other courses such as Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, I have found so many programs to help me with holistic wellness. Also, this office has the friendliest and most professional admin staff who all make the entire experience seamless and fun! Thanks again so much!

(August 20, 2019, 5:08 pm)Visiting home this summer and able to advantage of the month fitness pass: Every instructor was lovely and positive, providing options for modified and advanced. Great high energy in classes (Spin/TRX) and awesome calm and challenging classes (Hatha Yoga). Instructors learn your names and help your progress. Great variety through the week to keep you motivated and inspired!
