(June 22, 2019, 4:11 pm)CT could a better job of training their young staff in the Garden Department on some basic information regarding their department- and if they don't know the answer to a question, to find it. Their Customer Service skills could use some fine tuning as well. Like when they see an old lady who just purchased 4 potted plants struggling to get them to her car- offer her a cart.
