(September 8, 2019, 3:31 pm)According to the town engineer, the 2 boulders at the top of the hill are to stop people driving down in the winter. They should have been removed in the spring.
The apartment building contractor must maintain Edmond street as a 1 lane road to the hill during construction. Once the apartments are complete, the hill will be leveled to permit year round drive up access to the park. -
