Everyone is so friendly and the place is spotless. Cait is always so friendly and willing to help or answer any questions I have. It's the right size, not too overwhelming like some gyms can be.
I have been working with my personal trainer Greg Carter since December. Greg is very knowledgeable, not just about fitness, but diet as well. Greg always keeps me motivated with a variety of workouts.. it's never boring and most of all it's fun. I am definitely starting to feel better and starting to see results. I highly recommend this gym as well as Greg. Thanks Greg!???? -

Have been working with my trainer Greg Carter since about November it's been super fun and he's been very knowledgeable and encouraging. would definitely recommend both Greg and the gym to anybody wanting to get in shape.

(October 20, 2017, 2:28 pm)I love this new gym. It's clean, bright, cool, and full of great new equipment. When you sign up you get a personal trainer to get you started. I decided to stick with my trainer, Stephanie, for a year. So far it's been fun, and she always has a nice variety of new workouts to try. Definitely one of my favourite gyms so far, CP is lucky to have a 24 hour gym, and a great set of trainers to keep you motivated and on track. ????????????????
