Before I met Laura, my body was toxic, I was stressed, burned out, overwhelmed and feeling hopeless.
Laura gave me a Bars session and it was transformational. It was like she gave me a drug that gave me a 3 month high. I was super inspired, full of energy, smiling and full of joy. My body aches subsided and I slept like a rock, not longer waking up with anxiety. It was a game changer for me along with the tools she gave me to use on my own. She opened up my mind to the possibilities and excitement of the future.
In addition, she also showed me how to juice. I was amazed at the simplicity and how good it tasted. I loved it so much that I now start every single morning with a green juice or smoothie. My toxicity levels are much lower and I feel energized knowing that I am starting my day in a super healthy way.
Know that you will get way more value that you could ever expect from Laura because she is so passionate about helping you get healthy. To anyone wondering if they should try, I say, don't way another minute - go for it. You won't regret it!
