(August 5, 2021, 3:49 pm)Working with Aidan was fantastic - her fully customized and gentle approach to sleep training was exactly what we wanted and needed and it perfectly lined up with our parenting style and philosophy. Our son now has consistent naps and overnights and it has been a real game changer. More importantly, we are now equipped with the right tools to help him going forward. We've referred Aidan to friends already and highly recommend working with her to anyone who wants some help.

She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I would absolutely recommend her services to any parent out there. Aidan is very supportive and understands that all babies and family circumstances vary. She walked us through multiple options that would suit our preferences and the needs of our family. (May 26, 2021, 9:34 pm)Aidan was an integral part of my pregnancy, birth and sleep journey with my baby. She is attentive, down to earth and non-judgmental. As a doula she provided a safe and supported space for me to labour at home. Her pain management techniques were so helpful and her presence with me throughout the birthing process (during covid!) was incredibly comforting. We knew when we started having difficulties with my baby’s sleep (naps and nighttime) that she was the one to turn to. Her gentle sleep strategies were specifically tailored to our baby and she was always available to talk things through over the phone/text as we made progress with his sleep. It was really important for me to be able to help my son sleep without “crying it out”. Aidan helped us understand infant sleep and provided us with a plan to follow. Highly recommend her services for both pregnancy and beyond!

It was really important to me to find a sleep consultant who had gentle techniques, and Aidan’s techniques were gentle yet effective. My son is now better rested, sleeping through many nights, and most importantly my husband and I have the tools and sleep knowledge that we were lacking before. We highly recommend Rosy Dreamers and will be using them again if we face sleep challenges in the future. Thank you Aidan!!!
