Fixed my vacuum in a day! Very friendly and accommodating!
Female employees very ignorant. Wouldn't let me get 2 words in about my vacuum and what i needed. Kept telling me i was wrong where my hose went. She had to call the older gentleman to the floor and as soon as i explained what i needed he was right on it. He said your hose hooks in the back and i said yes!! Have always liked Al's until they brought the snotty women in to work there. One of us didn't know what we were talking about and hate to tell them it was their employee!!
