We suffered an unexpected mechanical issue while travelling that required some immediate attention. We pulled into Rawlings expecting a long wait. They quickly looked us over and had us on our way in less than an hour! Very happy with customer care :)
I'm from Hamilton. A group of friends and I came on vacation to Lambton shores for Canada day. On the way my car started spewing oil and my car started smoking. I managed to make it there but had a fear of not being able to make it back. It was a burden the entire trip and with one visit Don helped me in 20 minutes and immediately removed all stress.
