John and Gail have made this a fantastic gym. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive. The equipment is excellent and if there is a malfunction, it is taken care of in short order. The gym is kept clean to a high standard, as are the change rooms, sauna and hot tub. My husband and I would be lost without it!
