The technician was very professional, punctual, and made sure they checked with us on everything to do with the set up. The customer service department has been great with all our questions and we are thrilled with the speed we have especially where we are located. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. (December 19, 2020, 12:48 am)We have been with rural wave for over a year now and have been pleased with the network speed. Our only complaint has been with the router that was provided. The Internet would go down and the router needed to be constantly reset. I recently pursued this issue and with the persistent and considerate help from the IT support rep (named Meet) we have an improved system - as of right now. I hope that our problems have been solved. I thank Meet personally for all of his efforts.

(September 8, 2020, 9:25 pm)Ruralwave did a custom install to my rural house and my new fiber internet is fantastic - it's fast and reliable. Amazing when I am on multi-party zoom conferences for work with no issues and people in the city are having video and audio problems. I am the one living in the boonies and getting superb service.
The installation team was very responsive to my requests for the route to bury the fiber and how to enter the house. I was very pleased with my interactions with the installation crew.
All in all, I would highly recommend RuralWave fiber internet.
