My wife and I live in Oshawa... on September 1, we decided to load our bikes on the back of our vehicle and head to Lindsay to spend the day touring the streets and trails around town. While cycling, we rode by La Mantia's Country Market. After completing our cycling day, we decided to return to the Market and pick up something for dinner. To our surprise, La Mantia's had a large selection of ready-to-cook items, for putting a meal together. Our choices included stuffed pork chops with an apple cranberry stuffing and baked, seasoned acorn squash with pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, onions, peppers and poppy seed dressing. We never anticipated how delicious the meal would be. Our taste buds exploded. Lindsay, you have a gem in your back yard. Thank you to the staff at La Mantia's Country Market.
