I rented a trencher last fall to install a stepping stone walkway. Our handyman had no problems when picking up the equipment and had the job done and the equipment returned all in one day. I have to say that it was my first time in the newly renovated location, and the change is awesome! Staff were very friendly, and Donna (manager) is a wealth of rental equipment knowledge.

Great service and the equipment rented was in good working order. Loads of selection to rent and their inventory and pricing is available up-to-date online.

Emailed about a 20 tonne log splitter as I had spotty cell service where I was, and was able to get details and reserve just through email.

Tool ready when I came to pick it up, helped load it and was given a quick overview on the particulars of this model. Ran into a small issue during the weekend, and they were immediately available to help. Pitched in again this morning to help unload off the truck - and super pleasant to deal with.

Kind of wish I needed to rent something else today; they were that good to deal with. Love that I can keep my business local with this shop.
