I was impressed that the salesmen at Carmax treated me like a human being. After visiting multiple dealerships with slimy, fake salesmen who were dismissive toward me as a female customer (even asking if my "husband" was available to come in to make the purchase...grrrrr), the staff at Carmax were a breath of fresh air. They were friendly, polite and willing to show me options that suited my stated needs, without being suffocating. They respected my time and space by not badgering me with calls/emails/texts, and allowed me to follow up when I was ready. The entire purchase process was great.
I would definitely recommend visiting Carmax Hyundai! -

(November 5, 2018, 1:56 pm)Purchased my Elantra here 6 years ago. The entire purchasing / pick up experience was fantastic. Dale and his team are great - very friendly and professional. I have returned a few times for service (as it is far from my home; but close to my family) and that experience was also always great.
Just called recently regarding obtaining documents to import my vehicle with me on my move to the US and Dale was awesome again. He remembered me immediately and was more than happy to help in any way he could.
I definitely recommend the team at Carmax Hyundai and if I return to Canada in the future I would absolutely purchase another car through them.
