(March 13, 2020, 3:21 am)Fantastic! Our home didn't have duct work and it wasn't going to be feasible to install them. We desperately needed a solution to window shaker AC units and old baseboard heaters. The team at Fenelon Home Comfort came out and installed an awesome ductless AC/heat unit for us last summer. We used the AC all summer and the heat this winter and couldn't be happier. We called this winter for service and a tech was sent out the same day to help us. Can't say enough great things about the product and the service we have received.
