My parents had planned ahead for their funerals, which made it easy for us to deal with everything.

Our father passed away in July on a Saturday. We had the booklet from Hendrens Funeral Home with all the information in it. We called Hendrens later in the day and was pleasantly surprised that within a half hour Tammy returned my call.

Tammy was so helpful guiding us through the process. She accommodated us and met with us a few days later as we are all from out of town.

With covid we weren’t sure if a funeral was even possible. It was and every precaution was taken during the visitation and service.

Scott was with us through the visitation, service and committal. If he needed to ask us a question he had a delicate way of doing so.

Less than a month later our mother passed away. Once again we were treated with care, compassion and professionalism.

Scott and his team handled my mother's remains with dignity and grace. His remarkable skill with cosmetics allowed me to actually look at my mother to say goodbye. He handled all this during the ravages of COVID back in April. Words cannot express how grateful I am.

So professional.... went above and beyond caring compassionate. My son and daughter in law held service there for my 10 year old granddaughter..... they took the best care of her and us .... made us feel like family so glad they chose this funeral home. Tammy is an amazing funeral director.
