(March 11, 2020, 7:21 pm)I broke my partial denture around Christmas time. I had that denture for over 40 years and hated the thought of getting a new one. I made an appointment to see if the other one could be fixed. As it turned out a new one was the only option. I received a quote and was quite surprised that the quote was so reasonably priced. So, I plunged ahead and ordered a new one. I had several appointments and the day came that my new partial was ready. It was tested at the office and adjustments were made and I was sent home to eat with them for three days and then return to let Fernando know how they worked. Well, they didn’t work at all. Over an hour of adjustments and fittings it was decided they just weren’t going to work so new impressions were made and all the teeth were replaced. About a week later the new and improved partial was ready for a fitting. This new one was much better. Home I go again to eat and test out the NEW teeth. After two days I return to the clinic to have them checked. No hot spots were found and once I get used to them I think they will be great. Fernando and his staff were great and if I do have any problems I know I can go back and get top notch service. Thank you for going the extra mile to make this such a good experience.

Fernando and Antonietta are both very friendly and go out of their way to explain proper care of the denture and encourage you to ask lots of questions. Highly recommended. -

His dentures were made somewhere else and the top denture never fit well - it was loose all the time. Dr. Paiz did a reline and it turned out wonderful. Dentures now fit the way they should. All the staff in this office are friendly, helpful and show compassion towards patients and their needs. Would recommend them to anyone needing denture work of any kind.
