(December 22, 2019, 6:04 pm)I have never been a fan of smoked food. Andrea and Dale have converted me!!! They have truly perfected the art of smoking. The chicken is AMAZING and the brisket is OUTTA THIS WORLD ?, especially when paired with the homemade gravy. The charcuterie board was real show stopper and crowd pleaser. Andrea and her staff were very accommodating to all food allergy and sensitivity requests and they went above and beyond to make everything perfect.
