(September 16, 2020, 9:56 pm)It started off okay, except owners tend to be hard to get a hold of when there's a problem (Waterloo, Exeter). We couldn't do a proper drop off because the gate was locked and there was no key in the lockbox to unlock the gate to drive the truck in. Moving Made Easier? Not quite.
