(December 8, 2019, 6:16 pm)Have been here twice and was happy with my overall experience. However, I have now tried twice to book appointments and no one answers the phone or returns messages. I've waited over a week now for a call back but have decided on going across the street as I can't wait and need my hair. If you're not going to have a receptionist, it would be great to at least receive a returned call.
