    Derek was very helpful and wanted to get us what we wanted in a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about anything I asked and I definitely recommend him he actually came out side to talk to me and ask if I needed some help you just don't see that much anymore.

    Wow what can i say about this dealership. 10/10 service Jon Walters has gone way out of his way to make a smooth used truck purchase with me driveing 5 hours to get my truck from here.

    We just moved to the area and couldn’t get an appointment with our dealership to swap our tires for 3 weeks. We called Leslie Ford and they fit us in the same day. Amazing, especially considering COVID has made everyone’s wait times longer, we were first time customers, and we don’t own a Ford.

    Sadly, our lower control arms needed to be replaced. Our 2018 vehicle wasn’t safe to drive. They invited us to come by and take a look, which we did. They showed me the “wear” quoted me for aftermarket and oem parts and let me take time to contact the head office of the manufacturer of my vehicle to weigh my options.

    In the end, I’ve gone with the after market parts, and my car will be ready in a few days. We had the unfortunate timing of being a Thursday before a long weekend.

    This left us with no car, and my husband works 150km away, so we had no way of getting him to work.

    Once again, Leslie Ford came through for us. We asked if they might have a rental program, and they offered us a courtesy vehicle!

    But my 5 star review wasn’t only based on them helping us out. They were already on track to get 5 stars anyways.

    I currently work at a car manufacturers head office. I’m the Assistant Manager of Customer Service. I’ve been in the industry for over a decade and have seen a lot. I’ve interacted with a wide variety of customers and dealers over the years. I’ve seen the results of countless sales and service surveys, and have some pretty crazy stories. So, whenever I go to a new dealership, I do so through the lenses of someone who might be a bit jaded.

    The shop was fairly busy when we walked in. I fully expected to be waiting before we could talk to someone in service. But sure enough, Joanne came right up to us to greet us and ask how she could help. While we waited for Don to finish what he was doing, which was just a minute or two, every employee that walked by or looked up acknowledged us with either a smile or a nod or both. It was very welcoming.

    When Don came up to greet us and bring us to our car, I was under the assumption that he was the service manager. And a good one too. He had his tech show us what was wrong with our car. It was obvious that Don was aware of the issue, but the way he passed it on to his tech to explain it to us made it seem like it was something he did day in and day out. The tech was very knowledgeable, and I got the sense that their priority was taking care of me, not the money the repair would bring into the shop. Remember, I’ve been in this industry for a decade. I’d like to think I’d have seen through it if their concern wasn’t genuine.

    It was only as I was leaving that I found out Don was the Dealer Principal (owner). Upon learning that, it gave me an even greater appreciation for the level of service that we received.

    I don’t write many reviews. I tend to write them only when I have received exceptionally good or bad service. I was so impressed with how Leslie Ford took care of us today that I wish I could give them a bonus star!! Excellent service!!
