(July 12, 2019, 8:22 pm)Visited Riverbend Gardens for the first time and it definitely won't be for the last time. So many different varieties of hosta and day lilies and Shirley, the owner, is so knowledgeable. You will find varieties here that you won't see anywhere else. Well worth a visit.

(August 18, 2018, 5:17 pm)Loved the way the extensive gardens are so beautifully landscaped! Definitely competes with the royal botanical gardens in Hamilton. The selection of Hostas and Day Lillies is staggering! I also had the pleasure of meeting Shirley, the owner, whose vast knowledge and welcoming manner instantly made a loyal customer of me.

(August 3, 2018, 12:29 am)This is the most wonderful place to visit. The property is gorgeous with Flower beds and trees and a river running by. Shirley and Allan are so kind and helpful. You want beautifully coloured Day lilies and 100's of kinds of Hosta ? You are in the right place. Stop and sit for a while under a giant tree and just take in the scene.
