They were accommodating with arranging date and time; and the work was done during promised timeframe.
I feel confident they put their best effort in evaluating and performing required tasks.
They really want to help ensure customers are informed and satisfied.

I also saw Jon a sales agent who was very helpful in providing me information and test drive a few vehicles. I mostly appreciated the fact he was not pushy in trying to sell me a vehicle -

(May 26, 2020, 11:25 am)We recently purchased a Hyundai Kona from Goderich Hyundai. It was a wonderful, simple experience from start to finish. Once we knew what we wanted we were able to discuss options, set up financing and arrange for delivery all within the hour. The car was coming in from another dealership but was still ready for us to pick up 4 days later!! Big thanks to Jon and Karen and all the staff who did a great job meeting our needs even through this pandemic. No high pressure sales tactics that I’ve found to be the norm shopping in some larger cities nearby. We will definitely be back!
