From my first meeting with Phil, I knew he was the right lawyer for our case. Before then, I had met several lawyers including those in large law firms in London and none of them were willing to take this complex case on a contingency basis. Phil demonstrated the professionalism and thorough understanding of the case in our first meeting. His willingness to take the case on contingency basis illustrated his confidence in winning the case. Last month, we finally reached a settlement. His assistance and that of his colleague Denise made all the difference for me. Phil and Denise were both very responsive to any questions I had, were willing to talk through the issues with me as they came up, were both kind, respectful and incredibly helpful. I am very grateful for the assistance provided and it was a wonderful experience dealing with them. I highly recommend Phil and Denise to anyone dealing with similar issues.
