(November 10, 2018, 4:39 pm)The owner, Carol is so inviting and brings the best service. This is a small town cafe that anyone passing through should get their dose of caffeine with the delicious coffee and the wonderful sandwiches. There is also a great selection of alcoholic beverages.
Cafe 23 is the perfect warm cafe to read a book and fill up with tasty treats and drinks.
