Relocating to a new Province and buying a house is generally stressful, but doing that during a pandemic, with movement restrictions at both locations is a whole other story! Lorraine and Brandon O'Quinn helped us purchase a house remotely. They were our eyes and ears on the ground. They were flexible using technology to allow us to do virtual viewings, they showed us neighborhoods and provided us with first impressions on homes, showed us areas, services, etc.
It wasn't easy, we made plenty of offers and lost out. But Brandon and Lorraine never gave up. We really appreciated their honesty, understanding and adaptability. We also appreciated the kind words of encouragement they gave us when it felt like we'd never find something in our price range. They worked tirelessly for us, answering all of our questions and calming all of our fears. I highly recommend this dynamic and friendly duo. I will miss working with them. -

(April 23, 2021, 6:33 pm)We recently listed our house with the O'Quinn Team, specifically Lorraine and Brandon, and being a military family with a few moves under our belt, this has to be our best experience with a realtor yet! They worked tirelessly to make sure our house sold, they were in constant communication with us and kept is informed as the process went on! They went above and beyond for us, even with a deal over the weekend, Lorraine was contacting community resources to ensure this deal went through! We could not say enough great things about Lorraine and Brandon and would HIGHLY recommend them!

We told Brandon on a Monday we wanted to list buy the weekend. It was listed that Thursday and sold just 3 short days after!! The time and effort that Brandon put in was phenomenal and his communication with us was exceptional. We would highly recommend him to any seller or buyer.

At the time, I was very stressed about the situation and knew very little about the process of purchasing a home for the first time. She helped with absolutely everything and made the search and purchase so easy for me. 5 years later, I decided I would like to upgrade and am now working with her youngest son, Brandon. Can’t say enough good things about the O’Quinn team. They are very knowledgeable, professional and help you with absolutely everything to do with home buying or selling. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Quinte area in search of a new home or for selling their current home!
