Very helpful staff with regards to answering my questions.
Despite an obvious warning posted on the door regarding the threshold step, a lady tripped and injured herself while walking into the office, directly ahead of me. She was okay, and her husband attended to her immediately after I arrived, but the staff didn't even exit their office into the lobby; I'm not certain what their policy statement is with regard to injured clientele, but you'd expect that they'd at least inquire about her well-being after seeing her hit the ground in the lobby/vestibule and sprain her wrist.
