(May 15, 2019, 5:27 pm)This was our first pig at Hastings Meat and we were very impressed, compared to our last abbatoir. The labels were detailed and helpful,
packed in easy-to-store bags, smoking was so wonderful -- you could smell it on frozen cuts! -- and the cuts themselves have been liked by customers so far. We really enjoyed the sausages we sampled and will definitely be making some with this year's pigs.
