Every detail has been thought of: large decks, outdoor lounging areas, well equipped kitchen, USB ports, beautiful art on the walls, comfortable beds. etc. The location, on Wellers Bay, is amazing, there is a terrific beach just offshore that will remind of the Caribbean, and they will ferry you there for a small fee. It is close to several beaches (they will give you a free day pass), many wineries, restaurants, and there is convenience store just next door.

(July 15, 2020, 7:20 pm)This place is amazing. We booked a 2-night stay last minute, a week before arrival. Our stay was during the week which was great for availability of one of their newly renovated cottages (#2) and for a quiet beach. We also have a dog so bonus that they're pet-friendly.
The cottage itself was perfect, air conditioned (it was 30+ degrees outside the whole time) clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.
The pool was great, a nice temperature, clean and didn't feel overly chlorinated.
The resort is on a marina so there's no actual beach access directly from the cottage, but for a small fee you can take a 5-min water taxi (with Dave, who is a super cool guy) across to a boat-only accessible beach which was paradise! Being a week day, it was quiet with shallow, warm water perfect for kids. We had our dog off-leash there too which was great for her.
They have free canoe and kayak rentals and even had kid sized kayaks which my daughter loved.
The owners are very friendly and accommodating and the local residence are wonderful. Make sure to get some ice cream at the general store on the neighbouring resort.
We love our stay at Stoneburg Cove Resort. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back. -

The service was top notch, if you needed something you got it. Owners and staff are very friendly and respect your privacy. Great place, great fishing and great times, already booked again for next May
