I had room to set an intention for the treatment and feel held in that intention all the way through, providing the nourishing space of support and clarity I was looking for. Highly recommend!

I have enjoyed all of Sam’s seminars and they all have made me a stronger person both physically and mentally. The group has always been a safe and relaxing place for me. The members are very friendly and they make it so easy to talk or just listen without any judgement. During these challenging times, Sam has been there with on line mediation and group chats. I am very thankful for Sam and this group and am looking forward to when we get back together in Sam’s new studio.

I’ve been to her meditation nights, breath work and retreats I absolutely love it and would recommend it to anyone who is new to reiki or have done it before ! -

Every time I spend time with Sam, I feel welcome and safe with her and her beautiful space as well as with the people that she welcomes into her business. I always leave feeling more at peace and like a better person each time I see her.

She is transparent about doing her own work and welcomes each of her clients with a warmly. I have personally experienced her in person cacao ceremony and a guided meditations and both were great experiences.
