i am very happy with her service . my daughter sees her but she is seeing my son from last year for free. even she put braces on his teeth without any charges . i am muslim where people gives me different look even one lady on the street told me Why you muslim come to our canada? go back to your country. i didnot answer back. well i was immigrant by canada Govt. i love canada . Dr Peterson said i didnot charge for your son because" i welcome you". she is so friendly and her stuffs too. May GOD always keep her healthy and happy on HIS path(Ameen)

They took me in on short notice to fix my lower retainer and fitted me with a new, clear retainer in a short period of time. Always on time. Treats her patients with compassion and respect. No outrageous initial fee and if treatment finishes earlier than expected, as it often does, monthly fees STOP. Years of experience, with a staff who has been with her from the beginning. Hands down the best Orthodontist in Quinte.

My daughter has been going to see Dr. Peterson for six months now. I have to say i did check reviews before seeing her and was hesitant but wow the experience was totally not what i read on reviews. She was sweet and kind (very energetic like me) and can connect with kids easily. She is always happy and upbeat. Her enthusiastic, outgoing personality helps my shy daughter come out of her shell. The staff at the office are bar none the best staff. Always kind, answers my questions, always THANKS me for bringing her in when we've run into an issue. There has never been one bad experience since dealing with this office. I am glad we chose this orthodontist its always a pleasure to go in. PS - they have the best toilet paper in their bathroom...not that usual crappy 1 ply tissue!! the real deal they treat their clients well from top...to bottom ;)!!
