Ken is an awesome guy, I believe he is the service manager. Your after sales experience will no doubt be a good one with him at the helm.

Update: I spoke with Greg Jones from Sales who was very helpful and settled my issue. Very professional. They have a small town attitude to keep their customers by making them feel appreciated. I am from Ottawa and wish the same could be said for the the dealships I have visited. Thanks 👍
